CCSID 1303 – Bar Code, Code-128 – EBCDIC Presentation/5A

General information

Explanation
The IBM-provided chart I have for code page 1303 lacks the business reply bar (0x77); the IBM-provided source I have for code pages 1301 and 1302, by contrast, only lists the business reply bar in code page 1303, and the AFP name T1001303 is documented by MakeAFP with the title simply being "Business Reply Bar".  It may be, therefore, that subsets of code page 1303 either excluding the business reply bar or excluding anything else (see CCSID 1303 (USPS)) are more typical than supporting the entire thing.

CCSID 1360 – KS X 1001 Johab DBCS? – IBM-PC DBCS?

I have only been able to obtain limited information about this encoding; see unknown information.

See remarks on CCSID 1361 below.

CCSID 1361 – KS X 1001 Johab Mixed? – PCMB?

I have only been able to obtain limited information about this encoding; see unknown information.

Microsoft uses this number for the ASCII-based Johab encoding from KS X 1001:1992; interestingly, it is numbered in proximity to IBM CCSIDs for other Korean encodings including CCSID 1364, which is IBM's EBCDIC-based Johab encoding which, when in Shift Out mode, matches the KS Johab for syllable blocks (only).  I have no source for what IBM's position on the CCSID number 1361 (or its component CCSIDs, if any, although one might make an educated guess at CCSID 1360 for the double-byte component) is—but it is worth noting that, when creating their own CJK code page numbers rather than hijacking similar (or not actually that similar in the case of CCSID 936) IBM CCSIDs, Microsoft usually went for five-digit numbers (e.g. 20932).

Puzzlingly, FreeDOS uses this code page number for a modified CCSID 5350 with Maltese and Esperanto support; see CCSID 1361 (FreeDOS) below.

CCSID 1361 (FreeDOS) – MS Windows, Malta – MS Windows (ISO 8 variant)

ICU data file: CCSID 1377, 2008 version (UCM format)

CCSID 1378 – Traditional Chinese Extended Host DBCS, with extension including Simplified Chinese? – EBCDIC DBCS?

I have only been able to obtain limited information about this encoding; see unknown information.

See remarks on CCSID 1379 below.

CCSID 1379 – Traditional Chinese Extended Mixed Host, with extension including Simplified Chinese – EBCDIC Mixed/5A?

I have only been able to obtain limited information about this encoding; see unknown information.

This was assigned circa late 2019 (some more info), some time after the IBM Globalization website had been discontinued.  Thus, relatively little information is known to me at this time, except that it includes "Traditional Chinese, HKSCS [and] Simplified Chinese", that it has a growing repertoire, that it is presumably ESID 0x1301, and that its Shift Out component (which I can make an educated guess might be CCSID 1378) is presumably a superset of CCSID 4931.
