Further information

This includes JIS X0212 as two-byte representations with lead bytes in the 0xA0–0xFE range, and trail bytes in the 0x20–0x7E range.  This differs from the standard EUC-JP three-byte sequences for JIS X0212 characters.  Compare CPGID 20000 (Microsoft) and contrast CPGID 51932 (Microsoft).
